What is required?

The Arise® Platform is available in the United States, UK, Canada, and Jamaica. Below is a list of states our call center is currently allowed to source in at time per the Arise Network. 

Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia and Wyoming 

Must have exceptional customer service skills 

Must be self disciplined 

Must be a self starter

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must Reside in the United States
• Must be a US Citizen or legal resident
• Must have a dedicated phone line
• Must have a quiet environment (no background noise)
• Must be able to pass a voice assessment test and background check
• Must be willing to take and pass a drug test when required
• Must be willing to service a minimum of 15 hours per week
• Must have a compatible computer with high speed hard wired Internet 

Training is provided at the time choice you select. It will be in an online class (from the comfort of your own home) Monday - Friday. No holidays and no weekends. Homework will be given by your instructor. Training can last anywhere from 2-4 weeks sometimes longer depending on the client of your choice. Extended training allows you to begin working before completing the additional training.
